DATE:                         Tuesday, July 21, 2009 @ 0900 hours

On the above date and time The Connecticut State Police Central District Major Crime Squad served an  arrest warrant on Joseph C. Crudup (D.O.B. 12/14/73) of 50 Lawrence Street, New Haven, CT after an investigation related to an motor vehicle collision on interstate 91 in Enfield on April 20^th, 2009.  An arrest warrant was completed and issued by the Enfield Superior Court for reckless endangerment 1^st degree.  The accused was arrested by State Police Detectives.

The accused was transported to Troop “I” Bethany where he was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond with a scheduled court date of 07/21/09 for Enfield Superior Court GA-13.
