PEDESTRIAN INVESTIGATION
The State Police
On 04/14/08 at approximately 11:41 pm an Asian male later identified as FU QUAN LIU was struck and fatally injured by a motor vehicle on Rt. 32 at the intersection of
Accident investigators have utilized the Forensic Science Laboratory to enhance the video that was recorded at the accident scene. Lab personnel were able to slow the recording and it shows that there were several cars at the intersection at the time of the accident.
State Police investigators are asking any and all witnesses who may have any knowledge of this accident to contact State Police by calling (860) 848-6534 or the State Police Troop E Crime Tips hotline (800)953-8868 ext #5044 where anonymous information can be left for investigators.
