Connecticut State Police
Investigating the Discovery of Two Bodies Located on I384,
Manchester & Bolton
During the early morning hours of Sunday June 22nd, 2008 the Connecticut State Police began the investigations of the discoveries of two bodies on shoulders of on-ramps to I384 in Manchester and Bolton.
At approximately 5 a.m. a motorist reported the discovery of a body on the shoulder of the Exit 4 (Highland Street) westbound on-ramp of I384 in Manchester.
At approximately 7a.m. a different motorist reported the discovery of a body on the shoulder of exit 5 (Bolton Center Road) westbound on-ramp of I384 in Bolton.
State Police Detectives from the Eastern District (Bolton incident) and the Central District (Manchester) Major Crime Squads are currently at each of these scenes collecting physical and forensic evidence and documenting the scene.
The bodies were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner where post mortem examinations were conducted. The O.C.M.E. determined that both were the victims of homicides.

Ronald Brown, age 42 d.o.b. 08/21/1965
last known address- 275 Sonstrum Road, Bristol, CT
Cause of death- Gunshot wound manner of death- Homicide
-the victim who was discovered in Bolton is being identified as:
Eric T. Kimberley, age 37 d.o.b. 03/04/1971
last known address- 279 Wintrop Street, Torrington, CT
Cause of death- Traumatic blunt force manner of death- Homicide

Based on the ongoing investigation State Police Detectives determined that these incidents were related and investigated as such and that the suspect had perpetrated the offenses at 6 Andrews Street in Bristol. State Police Detectives developed information and leads in regards to a suspect and notified all police agencies of their intent to arrest this suspect. At approximately 9:44 p.m. New Britain Police Officers did locate the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect was then turned over to State Police Detectives, formally arrested and transported to Troop H in Hartord for processing.
ARRESTED: BRYANT, Jokshan age 29 11/06/1978
48 Putnam Street Apartment #1, New Britain, CT
CHARGES: Murder 2 Counts
BOND: $5,000,000.
COURT: The accused will be presented in Superior Court G.A. 17
in Bristol on 6/24/08.
