Responsibilities: Timothy W. Judge is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President – Head of Modeling & Chief Climate Officer. He reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Judge leads the Climate Impact team that is responsible for leading the enterprise response to climate-risk related efforts including understanding enterprise’s current and future exposure and the developing the enterprise’s response to climate change. In addition, he also leads the Enterprise Modeling organization that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the enterprise’s core valuation and performance models and the enterprise’s data science efforts.

Experience: Previously, Judge was Vice President – Climate Impact, Vice President – Enterprise Models, Chief Risk Officer – Counterparty Risk Management, and Vice President – Aggregate Risk Reporting and Risk Capital. During his tenure at Fannie Mae, he also has served as Director – Single-Family Credit Risk Oversight (CRO), where he was responsible for oversight of the Single-Family business and for the coordination of credit policies and credit delegations for the entire CRO group. Prior to that, he was Director – Single-Family Credit Risk Management, with responsibilities for establishing Investor Channel eligibility parameters and approving bulk transactions.

Earlier in his Fannie Mae career, Judge served as a Senior Financial Engineer, with responsibility for managing teams of financial engineers tasked with providing credit pricing and analytical support for the Single-Family guarantee business. He joined Fannie Mae in 1997 as a Business Systems Technologist.

Affiliations: Judge holds the following designations: Sustainability and Climate Risk Manager, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Manager, and Professional Risk Manager.

Education: Judge has a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from Providence College and a Master of business administration from Bryant University.
