IRS Form 990's and Schedule H (Financial Assistance and Community Benefits) - 2016

 

Form 990 is an annual information return required to be filed with the IRS by most organizations exempt from income tax under section 501(a), and certain political organizations and nonexempt charitable trusts. The return includes information on the organization's exempt and other activities, finances, governance, compliance with certain federal tax filings and requirements, and compensation paid to certain persons.

 

As part of the Annual Reporting filings, hospitals are required to submit their IRS Form 990's to HSP.  To see the IRS Form 990 for each hospital and its parent corporation, for which a Form 990 is required to be filed with the IRS, click one of the links from the table below.
