Troopers Seek Whereabouts of Wanted Men


Troopers are seeking the whereabouts of Zachary Foster. Foster is a 22 year old black male, approximately 5’5”, 130lbs with brown eyes and black hair.

Zachary Foster is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Escape 1st Degree after leaving a halfway house in Waterbury during September 2017.

Troopers also continue to seek the whereabouts of James Shea. Shea is a 47 year old white male, approximately 5’9”, 250lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.

James Shea is wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants for Larceny, Failure to Appear and Escape after leaving a halfway house in Waterbury during April 2017.

Anyone who thinks they may have any information about Zachary Foster or James Shea, or thinks they may know their whereabouts is asked to call Troop A-Southbury at 203-267-2200 or text TIP711 with any information to 274637. All calls and texts will be kept confidential.
