Troopers Seek Suspect ID in Vehicle Thefts


           Tolland, CT. (July 10, 2016): State Troopers from Troop C - Tolland are investigating the thefts of several motor vehicles, along with the use of stolen credit and debit cards over the last several weeks. 

          State Troopers are looking to identify the male suspect. Images of the suspect were obtained via a video surveillance system in the greater Hartford area.  The male suspect is described as a light-skinned male, clean-shaven and dark hair.  The male suspect appears to have a large, distinct tattoo on his right forearm.
