On October 14, 2011, after an extensive investigation beginning in September 2011, the Connecticut State Police, Eastern District Major Crime Squad, Troop E -Montville, arrested the ACCUSED, Matthew LALLIS.  Lallis is currently incarcerated at the Corrigan Correctional Center. 

Lallis, who is currently incarcerated on an unrelated charge, was attempting to have a witness murdered in that investigation, prior to testifying.
