Connecticut State Police developed information and leads as to the whereabouts of this accused.   Working with Mass Law Enforcement the accused (CUSHARD), was apprehended this afternoon in Agawam Mass.  He was located and taken into  custody by Mass Law Enforcement without incident.   CUSHARD will be held in Mass to be arraigned in court and will be returned  to Connecticut when released by Mass court.   CUSHARD will then be charged in relation to his violation of probation warrant  and also Robbery charges will be lodged against him.
