STATE TROOPERS SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN LOCATING SUSPECT

On February 16, 2010, State Troopers from Troop B were called to a residence in Salisbury to investigate the complaint of a burglary.

Reported taken in the burglary was approximately $22,000.00 worth of electronic equipment and credit cards.  Through investigative efforts, Troopers were able to determine that the stolen credit cards were used at several businesses. 

After an intensive investigation by Troopers from Troop B and the Salisbury Resident Trooper’s Office, arrest warrants were issued for the suspects in this case.

On March 29, 2010, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Troopers arrested two suspects and hold an outstanding warrant for a third.

ACCUSED :    Reynolds, Matthew D.         DOB 01/12/79

                     Last known address:          56 Falls Mtn. Rd., Apt. 4

                                                          Salisbury, CT

CHARGES :    Burglary 2nd     

                    Larceny 1st

                    Illegal Use of a Credit Card

      

UPDATE:      State Troopers from Troop B-Canaan and the Salisbury Resident Troopers Office were called to a residence in Salisbury to investigate the complaint of a burglary.

                   Reported taken was approximately $21,080.00 worth of household items including fur coats, antique guitars, and electronic equipment.

                    After an intensive investigation by Troopers from Troop B and the Salisbury

Resident Trooper’s Office, arrest warrants were issued for the suspect in this case.  The warrant is currently outstanding.

ACCUSED:     Reynolds, Matthew D.        DOB 01/12/79

                    Last known address:         75 High St. Apt. 4

                                                         North Canaan, Ct.

CHARGES:    Burglary 1st

                   Burglary 2nd

                   Larceny 1st

                   Criminal Mischief

                   Illegal Use of a Credit Card

                   Giving False Statement

                  State Police are the public’s help in locating Matthew D. Reynolds. Reynolds is a white male, approx. 6’1” tall, 165lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.   Reynold's is believed to be homeless and possibly living in the Southington or Plainville area.  Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Reynolds, or who has information regarding this investigation, is asked to contact the Connecticut State Police Troop B in Canaan at (860)824-2500 or text a tip:
