State Troopers Make Sexual Assault Arrest In Bolton
In July 2009 a criminal investigation was conducted by Connecticut State Troopers and the Bolton Resident Trooper’s Office after a complaint was received by the Connecticut State Police Troop K in Colchester.
During this investigation State Police Troopers gathered facts and circumstances regarding the complaint of a sexual assault. Troopers determined facts in this investigation that led them to submit an arrest warrant application to the Superior Court in Rockville.
ACCUSED: Keith Bostwick DOB: 03/11/60
15 Franklin St.
Manchester, CT.
CHARGES: 1) Sexual Assault in the 1st Degree
2) Risk of Injury to a Minor
The accused was arrested on 01/05/10 by arrest warrant and held on a $75,000 cash bond. The accused was scheduled to appear in G.A. 19 – Rockville on 01/06/10.
