State Police Seek Public's Help In Antique Store Larceny

On July 12, 2010 at approximately 4:10 p.m. State Police from Troop L- Litchfield responded to a complaint of a larceny from Tillie’s Antiques on Main St. in Woodbury.   

Upon arrival, the Troopers determined that the incident occurred inside Tillie’s Antiques and that approximately $3000.00 worth of goods were taken, including jewelry and various estate pieces.

A criminal investigation was initiated and Troopers were able to obtain surveillance video footage of the suspects, and other investigative information.  Witnesses were also able to provide details regarding this larceny. 

The suspects are two white males and two white females.  The first suspect is described as a white male with a shaved head, he was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light colored pants, and several necklaces including a large cross.  The suspect was also wearing a large black watch on his right wrist and has tattoos on both forearms.  The suspect was also seen carrying a small black dog.  The dog was wearing a light-colored vest or shirt with black writing on it.

The second suspect is described as a white male with dark hair.  The suspect was last seen wearing a blue and white short sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

The third suspect is a white female with brown hair.  The suspect was last seen wearing a purple v-neck shirt and shorts.  The suspect had a silver-colored watch on her left wrist and was carrying a large light-colored pocketbook.

The fourth suspect is a white female with light and dark-colored hair.  The suspect was last seen wearing an orange shirt and light colored pants.  The suspect was carrying a large dark-colored pocketbook.

The State Police investigation into this theft is continuing. Troopers have developed some details and leads in this case.  Troopers are asking anyone who may have seen the suspect or vehicle in the area of the Shell Gas Station, or anyone who may recognize the suspect, the vehicle, or who has information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the Connecticut State Police Troop L in Litchfield at (860)626-7900 or the Woodbury Resident Troopers Office at 203-263-3400.
