On 03/26/09 Connecticut State Police Major Crime Detectives initiated a criminal investigation into a reported sexual assault that had occurred in location in the greater New Haven area. The complaint alleged that the victim, age 17 had been assaulted by the accused

  State Police Detectives conducted an extensive investigation that included numerous Interviews and the gathering of evidence in this case. Detectives submitted an arrest warrant application to Superior Court for the arrest of the accused. The arrest warrant was issued by the court and the accused surrendered to State Police at Troop-I in Bethany today 08/04/09.

ARRESTED: Dunn, Jennifer DOB: 12/31/68

                     LKA 82 Crestwood Rd. Milford, CT  

CHARGE:     Sexual Assault 2^nd  53a-71  (2 counts)

The accused was processed by State Police. She was released on $10,000 bond to appear in GA #23 Superior Court New Haven on 08/13/09.  NO additional arrests are expected.
