Connecticut State Police Arrest Man Accused of Murder in New York

FOR MURDER IN NEW YORK
On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at about 8:22 a.m. Connecticut State Police Troop L in Litchfield and Troop B in North Canaan received a "Be on the Lookout" notification (BOLO) from the New York State Police regarding a vehicle possibly involved in a suspicious death incident they were investigating in Sharon Springs, New York, that occurred on November 16, 2009.
The BOLO identified Gerry Allen King DOB: 04/04/1972 as being wanted for questioning in this incident, and that he was reporting operating a blue van with

The Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad Detectives responded to assist New York State Police with this criminal investigation. Connecticut State Police Detectives secured an arrest warrant for King charging him with being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New York.
