Canine Team Graduation

The Connecticut State Police Canine Training Unit announces the graduation ceremony of the 119th Narcotic Canine Training Troop, to be held Friday, December 23rd, 2005 at 10:00 am.  This ceremony will be held at the Connecticut State Police Canine Training Facility on Colony Street in Meriden, CT.  There will be a total of seven (7) canine teams graduating, which are listed below.

This graduation will be for canine teams within the Narcotic Dog field.  They are all Labrador Retrievers.  These teams are trained in the basic areas of narcotic recognition in the areas of mass transit, vehicles, infrastructures, persons, etc. This marks the culmination of an 8-week highly intense training course, which began on October 31st, 2005.

All graduates will appear on stage with their canine partners as part of this ceremony.
