Membership Update
- Introduction of Maureen Platt who will replace Patricia Froehlich as Chair of the Commission.
Minutes from the June 21, 2010 meeting were accepted.
Distribution of Technical Guidelines
- A sub-group of the Commission will work together to draft a letter to accompany the guidelines when they are distributed to the healthcare facilities. This letter will highlight substantive changes made since the last revision.
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner/Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SANE/SAFE) Update
- Linda Cimino and Denise Covington led a discussion regarding the pilot program.
Reimbursement to health care facilities
- Linda Cimino provided reimbursement data.
