The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Patricia Froehlich at 12:35 p.m.
Upon motion made and seconded, it was unanimously voted to accept the minutes of the November 24 and December 22, 2008 meetings.
State’s Attorney Froehlich will forward the minutes of the November 24, 2008 meeting to the Chief State’s Attorney’s Office for appropriate posting. State’s Attorney Shepack will forward the minutes of the December 22, 2008 meeting to the Chief State’s Attorney’s Office for appropriate posting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
