Connecticut PK-12 Digital Backpack Program

Thank you for your interest in celebrating the hard work of the many individuals working in our school systems in Connecticut!

The Connecticut State Department of Education wants to show our appreciation to all educators and staff within our PK-12 and adult education school system. This includes teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, principals, superintendents, adult educators, and everyone who works with our students daily. This appreciation includes both public and private school staff.

Our call to action… if you are a small, medium, or large business here in Connecticut and want to participate, all you have to do is:

1. Fill out the form below with the discounts you are willing to provide and the months you want to provide them (June – August).

2. The CSDE will reach out to you for a logo, as well as to confirm any specific details.

3. The official backpack will be released in early to mid-June.

4. If you sign up, be sure to spread the word to fellow community businesses.

The purpose of this form is to collect information on when your organization can provide discounts for school staff. Please fill this form out to your fullest ability. The program will be held from June-September, but you are not expected to participate the full time. Please note in the survey when exactly you can participate, and the discounts you will be able to provide.
