How To Request to Activate Mandatory Rights:

• Your agency Human Resources Office will work with you to complete a CT-HR-1 form. This form must be completed in order to process your Reemployment, SEBAC or other mandatory rights. You will be required to upload the form to your Freenames Master Application.
• If you have not already done so, create a JobAps account. Through your JobAps account, you will request to activate mandatory rights and view any mandatory rights you have been granted.

• Log onto the State of Connecticut Online Employment Center and follow these instructions to request your mandatory rights.
• This account will allow you to look up your Mandatory rights once they have been granted.You can view your mandatory rights via your Personal Status Board by accessing your JobAps Account.
