The ECM Solutions Team will set up an initial meeting to discuss the business challenge and needs.
If ECM meets the needs, the ECM Solutions Team will work with the Program Area or Agency to:
- Define the scope, resources, costs, and schedule
- Define the project requirements
Once approved, the ECM Solutions Team will work with the program area to acquire resources (licenses, hardware, software, services) and recommend vendors, if needed.
The ECM Solutions Team will assist throughout the project as needed to ensure a successful launch of the new solution.
