Safe, free, and effective COVID-19 vaccines are available to everyone age 5 and older. Boosters are available to everyone 16 and older. The state offers several options to get your shot:
Option 1: Search for a Vaccine Clinic

Option 3: Dial 2-1-1 to Schedule by Phone
Dial 2-1-1 for assistance scheduling a vaccine appointment at select sites*. Assistance is available 24/7. Anyone who is out-of-state or using Relay can connect to Connecticut 2-1-1 toll free by dialing 1-800-203-1234.

Option 4: Visit a Mobile Vaccine Clinic
Get vaccinated at a DPH Vaccination Van clinic in your neighborhood, hosted in partnership with local health departments and community organizations. NO appointment required, simply walk up during operating hours.
