SIM Community Health Worker Advisory Committee

Overview

The Community Health Worker Advisory Committee was established in 2016 and convened until 2019.  Their final report (see here) outlined training and certification recommendations, a payment model framework, and examined employer issues related to hiring, supervision, and support.
