Eligibility
On-Call Contracts - MBE Requirements:
- Your firm must be certified as an MBE under the DAS Supplier Diversity (Set-Aside) Program in order to participate as an MBE in the DAS/CS On-Call Contracts. MBE firms are, by definition, also SBE firms. SBE firms are not necessarily MBE firms.
- Your firm must complete a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) Submittal Booklet, as described in the DAS/CS On-Call Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
- The QBS Submittal Booklet describes in detail the qualifications and experience requirements that are necessary to become a DAS/CS On-Call Consultant. Some of the qualifications that will be considered include knowledge of the state building and fire code.
