It’s hard to find a more ideal setting for year-round enjoyment of your favorite outdoor activities than Haddam Meadows State Park. Overlooking the scenic Connecticut River, its welcoming open fields offer prime opportunities for boating, fishing, and picnicking.

Fun fact:  During the last century, several local train stops were located within the bounds of the present park.

Bring your canoe, kayak, or motorboat and enjoy some time on the water while taking in peaceful views from the Connecticut River.

To reach the boat launch: Bear right after entering the park. Look for the boat launch at the end of the road.
