Wagers must be based on the outcome of all games within the tournament and should be made prior to the start of the tournament. For example, a wager placed during the Sweet Sixteen round of the NCAA tournament would not be based on all the games within the tournament and would not be allowed. You can only wager on UConn or other Connecticut collegiate teams to win the tournament, and that wager can only be placed prior to the start of the tournament.
