May 20, 2022: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention listed six Connecticut Counties in the High/Orange category as part of its COVID-19 Community Levels Map. Only Fairfield and Tolland Counties are listed in the Medium/Yellow category. Residents in these counties should wear a mask indoors in public; stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and get tested if they have symptoms. Additional precautions may be needed for residents who are at high risk for severe illness. Visit the CDC COVID-19 Community Levels Map for updates.

Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Call For Projects for SFY 2023
The DWSRF Program is now accepting Eligibility Applications from eligible public water systems seeking funding for projects during SFY 2023. For more information, please visit the DWSRF webpage. This Call for Projects includes projects seeking funding under the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Please note that we are working on updates to the Eligibility Application to account for priorities within this BIL funding and expect that it will be available soon.

Drinking Water State Revolving Fund SFY 2022 Intended Use Plan now Final
The Drinking Water Section has finalized the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program (DWSRF) State Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Intended Use Plan and Project Priority List. These documents, along with the Hearing Report for the Public Hearing held on August 18, 2021, are now available on the DWSRF webpage.
