The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing bridge maintenance will be performed on I-95 north and southbound from the New York / Connecticut State Line to Exit 50 in New Haven, West Haven, Milford, Stratford, Bridgeport, Fairfield, Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, and Greenwich. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, March 31, and be completed on Friday, April 25, 2025. This project ensures the bridges’ drainage structures remain in a state of good functionality.
This project is being performed by Hammonasset.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be shoulder closures, along with left and right lane closures on I-95 north and southbound from Monday, March 31 to Friday, April 25, 2025. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from the New York / Connecticut State Line to Exit 50 on I-95 in New Haven, West Haven, Milford, Stratford, Bridgeport, Fairfield, Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, and Greenwich. Traffic control signing patterns and illuminated arrow boards will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
