| Scope of Work: | Selective and general demolition, asbestos abatement and lead abatement. This residence will be elevated and as such will require the removal of some portions of the foundation and the construction of a new pier-type foundation. Mechanicals will be moved and re-used/replaced. A new one-story addition for a utility room will be constructed at the rear of the residence. An adjacent existing three-season porch will be turned into a laundry/storage room. The scope for this project will encompass most if not all divisions of construction. |
