Contact Area

The Contact Area contains the Agency's physical address, various phone number options (office, mobile, toll free, TDD, and fax), and relevant links to contact information. The link items can link to a topic or page within the website, a document file (such as a pdf), or an external website.


Editing the Contact Area
  1. Select the area you want to edit by placing the cursor in that area. The editable areas will have a blue boarder around them when hovered over.
  2. Begin typing the text.
  3. Repeat for each area you wish to edit. 
  4. Select the Save Changes Save icon icon in the upper left corner of the browser.


Adding a Link
  1. Select Add Link. A list of icons will appear titled List-of-Links.

  2. Select the Insert New Item add item icon icon.
  3. Select LinkItem. It will have a blue border when selected.
  4. In the Name field, enter the name of the link. This name will appear in the Quick Link List. It can be changed later.
  5. Select OK. The window will close and the page will refresh. Once the page refreshes, the new link item will be added. The next step is to edit the link.


Editing a Link
  1. Select the link to edit. It will have a gray background and a blue boarder when selected. A list of icons will appear titled "Link".
  2. Select the Change Link Edit link icon icon . The Insert Link Dialog box will show.
  3. Select the Internal Link icon to browse Content Tree to select an internal link.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Select the External Link icon to add an external link. Add the Link Description, URL and Alternate Text.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select the Save Changes icon Save icon in the upper left corner of the browser.
