Governor Lamont Directs Connecticut’s Earned Income Tax Credit for 2020 To Be Retroactively Enhanced to 41.5% Using Federal Coronavirus Relief Funds
Governor Ned Lamont today announced that he is directing the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services to retroactively enhance the 2020 Connecticut Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) from 23% of the federal credit to 41.5%.

Governor Lamont Calls Up Connecticut National Guard Soldiers and Airmen to Assist in COVID-19 At-Home Test and Mask Distribution
Governor Ned Lamont today announced that he is calling up nearly 100 Connecticut National Guard soldiers and airmen to assist in the logistical operations for the immediate distribution of the three million COVID-19 at-home rapid tests and six million N95 masks that he announced yesterday the state has purchased to help curb the spread of COVID-19 during this heavy travel and holiday season.
