- PURA issued a final decision
accepting, with minor revisions, a settlement agreement negotiated by the OCC and Iberdrola for the purchase of United Illuminating, CT Natural Gas Corporation, and Southern Connecticut Gas. The Settlement resulted in significant economic benefits to customers.
