Commissioner Ron Welch (BG Ret.) and the Middletown Council of Veterans invites Veterans and members of the public to join us on Memorial Day to honor and remember our fallen heroes. The remembrance ceremony will take place on Monday, May 27th, 2024 at 2:00pm at the State of Connecticut Veterans Cemetery located in Middletown, CT. For more information press here

For consideration for Admission to the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs Residential Facility a Veteran must:  

  • Complete and sign the Residential Cover Letter & Application Updated June 2023  Application
  • Submit additional documents and information as required
  • Submit Residential Facility applications by fax or mail.
  • Applications are reviewed weekly by the Residential Facility Admission Screening Committee
  • When applicant is approved an admission date will be scheduled
