Beginning Nov. 20, 2023, every U.S. household can again place an order to receive four more free COVID-19 rapid tests delivered to their home by visiting COVIDTests.gov. If you did not order tests this fall, you may place two orders for a total of eight tests. Additionally, before you discard any “expired” test kits you have, please check here to see if the expiration dates of your COVID-19 tests have been extended.

Connecticut Health Improvement Coalition

Established in January, 2013, The Connecticut Health Improvement Coalition is a diverse partnership of local, regional, and statewide organizations and agencies that address public health from a variety of traditional and non-traditional perspectives. DPH provides a leadership role in convening coalition partners through Action Teams, and facilitates a collaborative process to successfully implement the SHIP. The strength of the Coalition is the active participation of partners from across the state working together to connect health improvement efforts, leverage activities, maximize resources, and build upon existing infrastructure.

The implementation framework for the coalition is based on Healthy CT 2025.
