Healthy CT 2025 Advisory Council
Made up of 29 Connecticut leaders from various sectors, the Healthy CT SHIP Advisory Council is responsible for guiding DPH in framing the SHA and SHIP; reviewing the State Health Assessment data; participating in the Summit and Priority Area Planning Work Groups; reviewing and providing feedback on the State Health Improvement Plan; and reviewing and providing feedback on Priority Working Group products.
