The Laboratory is located at 10 Clinton Street in Hartford
Entrance driveways to the lab are located off Capitol Avenue.

From the West

Take I-84 East to Capitol Avenue, Exit 48B, bearing right toward the Capitol area.   At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Capitol Avenue.  Proceed East on Capitol Avenue through two traffic lights, continue past the Bushnell Memorial and the church located on the next corner.  The Department of Public Health Laboratory parking lot is the next left after the church. 

From the East

Take I-84 West to Asylum Street, Exit 48.  Turn left onto Farmington  Avenue.  At third light, bear right onto Ford Street.  Ford Street turns into Jewell and runs beside Bushnell Park.  Continue around park and Jewell Street becomes Wells Street which ends at a rotary.  Proceed 1/2 way around the rotary to Hudson Street.  From Hudson Street turn right onto Capitol Avenue (one block).  Follow Capitol Avenue (about 300 yards) to the lab's parking lot which is located on the right.

From I-91 (North or South)

Take Exit 29A, following the exit to the traffic circle (approximately 3/4 mile.  Proceed 3/4 around the traffic circle to Hudson Street.  From Hudson Street turn right onto Capitol Avenue (one block).  Follow Capitol Avenue (about 300 yards) to the lab's parking lot which is located on the right.
