The Department of Public Health shall release to the contractor, on a bi-annual basis, the funds needed by the contractor to repay each participating clinician’s educational loan for that quarter, after receiving reports approved by the Department.

At the program management level, the Department shall monitor all aspects of the implementation and ensure compliance with all program parameters.
