Scope of Work:

Elevate home on new foundation, new addition, int. & structural repairs, & asb. abatement.

All finishes and mechanical items within the basement will be removed and the basement will be infilled to the level of the existing exterior grade. Flood vents will be installed. Mechanical items will be re-located to a small addition on the west side of the home. The existing oil burner, hot water heater, and oil tank will be removed from the home and disposed of. A new natural gas-fired heating system and hot water heater will be installed. Please note the add alternate within the design documents.
