2020 Banking and Related Legislation

Each year, the Department of Banking (DOB) conducts an active legislative program coordinated by the Government Relations and Consumer Affairs Division.  The Department had submitted a legislative package to the General Assembly, but the 2020 legislative session was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with other agencies, the vast majority of bills were not called or even made it out of committee.
