Extended Deadlines for Call Reports and Financial Statement Filings for Consumer Credit Licensees

The Department recognizes the serious impact the COVID-19 pandemic is having on the operations of many Consumer Credit licensees. To provide flexibility with administrative burdens, the Department will take a no action position on the original filing deadlines for call reports and financial statement filings.  Entities regulated by the Consumer Credit Division are expected to meet the below extended deadlines.
