DMV Offers Callers Pay By Phone and Other Automated Services

The Department of Motor Vehicles now offers customers the opportunity to do business by phone for certain services. Customers can use these new services without having to wait on hold or speak directly with an operator.

The new phone services include:

  • Pay vehicle registration renewals,
  • Pay license restoration fees,
  • Pay insurance lapse fee;
  • Check the status of a vehicle registration and driver’s license; and
  • Check the delivery date of a driver’s license.
