The all hazards, Local Emergency Operations Plan Template was revised in January 2023 to provide a template for use in meeting the requirements set forth in Connecticut General Statutes Section 28-7(a). The following tools and resources were developed to assist local Municipalities and Tribal Governments in meeting these requirements.
