Instructions for Using Language Line Services

Receiving a Call from a Non -English Speaker (NES)
Use this option if you receive a call from a Non English speaker
  • Ask Caller to Hold
  • Select the FLASH button
  • Dial Language Line Services
    1(866) 874-3972
  • Provide the Language Line Services agent with:
    6-Digit Client ID: 527065
    Language Needed
    Enter 4-digit participant ID
      (see regions below)
    North - 6108, South - 6492, West  - 6702, Central - 6106
  • Once connected to an interpreter, brief him or her on what you want to accomplish, then select the FLASH button to conference in the Non English speaker
Making an Outbound Call to Language Line Services
Use this option if you need to call a Non English speaking consumer or family OR if the Non English Speaker is nearby and you want to use the speakerphone
  • Dial Language Line Services:
    1-(866) 874-3972
  • Provide Language Line Services Agent with 6 digit
    client ID or enter on telephone keypad: 527065
  • State the language needed:
    Press 1 for Spanish
    Press 2 for all other languages
    Enter 4-digit participant ID
    (See regions below)
    North - 6108, South - 6492, West  - 6702, Central - 6106
  • Once connected to an interpreter, you may call the Non-English speaker OR use the speakerphone (if the individual is face-to-face)
