If you DO NOT have a Case Manager
If you have gone through the process of applying for DDS Eligibility and have been made eligible, then you are ready for the next step.
A case manager is no longer assigned to individuals who are not enrolled in Fee for Service Medicaid (CT XIX). If your family member is 18 or older and is not on Medicaid, you should apply. His or her eligbility is determined regardless of family income, at this age.

DDS Help Line
Each of the DDS Regions have established a Help Line to assist families who do not have a case manager to help access services. Help Line staff will assist you to apply for DDS Family Support Services or refer you to appropriate community resources and services.
