RE:	Ohio Firm Recalls Frozen Chicken Products Due To Mislabeling

This Safety Alert is to advise of a potential health hazard related to the consumption of certain poultry products. The products identified in the attached USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service News and Recall Release dated March 29, 2008, may be adulterated.

Please ensure those responsible for food shopping and preparation are aware of this safety alert. Also review your food stores to determine whether or not the identified products are present. If the identified products are present, address appropriately.
