Bazaar Application

The applying organization must be a qualifying non-profit functioning for a minimum of six (6) months. A completed application shall be submitted the Department of Consumer Protection, Charitable Games Unit at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the bazaar.

In addition to providing information regarding your organization and the type of bazaar you wish to conduct, the following documents must be completed and uploaded to your online application:

If you have an existing account, login with your User Id and Password and click "New Application" under Activities to access the online application.  Please note, the organization name under which you register and login will be the name that will appear on your permit.
