File School Construction Change Orders


Any change made to a project that has received a grant commitment letter from the Office of School Construction Grants & Review (OSCG&R) - whether the change results in an added cost (project increase), a reduction in cost (project credit), or no cost (allowance work) - must be received at our office and date stamped with a “received date” within six months of issuance in order to be eligible for review. Only change orders and change directives that have been reviewed and have had a determination of eligibility letter issued by the OSCG&R are eligible for reimbursement.

NOTE: Effective September 23, 2015, all State Change Order Summaries relating to the school construction grant program must be submitted in electronic format using a completed FORM SCG-043.CO State Change Order Summary, to be considered for review and determination of eligibility.
