Your Town Does Not Currently Participate in CT Alert

Your town is served by an E9-1-1 dispatch center (PSAP) that has elected not to use the emergency notification system provided by the State of Connecticut.  Instead, your PSAP will continue to rely on its existing emergency notification system for local alerts.

Although your community does not currently use the state system, you may still receive emergency notifications that are sent statewide. Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to log-in to the CTALERTS Emergency Notification System Citizen Alert Sign-Up Page and register your mobile telephone numbers and other communication pathways to receive emergency alerts from the state emergency notification system.  NOTE:  You are solely responsible for any costs associated with your receipt of text, phone or other messages through any emergency notification system.
