Requirements and Application Fees

• V-8 Apprentice Electronic Technician - $40.00 fee
  A technician who is learning the trade, must work under a licensed television technician.

• V-9 Service Dealer, Non-Technician Owner - $200.00 fee
  This is a dealer who is a company, corporation or a technician, but offers service either from his own shop where he employs licensed technicians or farms it out to other licensed entities.

• R-4 Radio Apprentice Electronic Technician - $40.00 fee
  The same as an Apprentice Electronic Technician (V-8), but restricted to radio and audio only.
