Pursuant to Public Act 21-37, the expiration date for real estate broker licenses has changed from March 31^st to November 30^th. Please be advised the department has started to transition the expiration date for new and renewal applications.

Real estate licensees who engage in the real estate business as business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.) shall obtain a broker license in the name of that business entity.
