The Connecticut Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to obtain records and attend meetings of all public agencies in the State of Connecticut with certain exceptions.

  • DCP's A to Z index - A directory of DCP programs and services, which can help you find public information and data.
  • Elicense.ct.gov - Use this resource to verify a credential, or run a roster of all credential holders for a specific license or registration type.
  • The Connecticut Open Data Portal - Search for data sets and statistics.

The mission of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission is "to administer and enforce the provisions of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, and to thereby ensure citizen access to the records and meetings of public agencies in the State of Connecticut."
